Focaccia

Well it was
Bread Club Recipe 5 Focaccia today!
Not only that but the press were there in the form of Chris Slater from the Macclesfield Express with a photographer in tow - so look out for the report in the paper soon!.
Chris was hands on along with the rest of the Bread Clubbers! It was a little chaotic but we all got there in the end.

This is a picture of what Andy made who attended for the first time today.

A great achievement I think!
