A Full Day Making Bread

The report in the local Macclesfield Express about the FOOD4MACCDIRECT bread club has brought lots of new Bread Heads keen to make real bread. To cope with that demand we had to have 2 sessions today. The first one with the 'Newbies' (first timers!) making a Quick Yeasted Loaf were they doubled up the recipe and used half the dough for themselves, leaving half the dough to make a Community Loaf to sell through F4M - Brilliant!
In the afternoon the 'Oldies' ( as in they have been a couple of times!) made Chelsea Buns.
A good time was had by all!

  1. They look fantastic! The smell in the kitchen as mine baked was so good, can't wait to try one, even though they don't look as good as yours!
